the difficulties and their remedies

the difficulties we experience now have existed for millennia. in this program we look more deeply into what these difficulties are, how to work with them, and how to stay mindful in a reactive space.

when mindfulness becomes meditation

since mindfulness and meditation have the same basic practice, it is sometimes hard to distinguish between the two. in this last program, we investigate the differences, and prepare for continuing our journey into meditation.
