befriending our feelings
in this program, we will look into how Buddhism sees and manages emotion. we will get to know ignorance, anger, greed, desire, envy/jealousy, and pride, and how to work with these feelings more skilfully. then we will focus on working with emotion in meditation. and finally, we will explore a “best-self” practice.
transmuting emotion
in this program we learn about the five wisdom buddhas and the processes we can use to dismantle our reactions and transmute negative emotion.
anxiety and depression
anxiety and depression is a part of all of our lives and in this program we look at how to work with and heal through these emotions.
